I haven’t chosen a specific diet yet but this is what I ate for dinner tonight. Salmon cakes were made from a mixture of wild-caught salmon, potato, onion, butter, egg, and pork. Following the recipe author’s recommendation, I topped the salmon cakes with mayonnaise and pepper. Fairly healthy but kind of on the fatty side.
